350g jar of raw 100% natural wildflower honey.
NB: Due to the low water content (~15%) of this spring's honey the honey weight is around 370g per jar.
This spring, 6 weeks of dry weather has produced a slightly darker honey with a stronger flavour.
Local wildflower honey
Local Addlestone wildflower honey is entirely locally produced. This spring's honey was harvested in the first 2 weeks of June 2025.
Raw honey
Unlike many supermarket honeys, this wildflower honey is unpasteurised (not heat treated), meaning all the natural antioxidants and prebiotics are present.
This raw honey comes direct from the hive, and naturally contains bee pollen and traces of propolis and beeswax.
NB: Boxes of 40 x 454g jars must be collected in person, as I am unable to post them.
Organic honey
Is it organic? All my honey is raw and unpasteurised.
"Organic" is a legally regulated term for UK produced food. It requires 3 years of expensive scientific monitoring and testing. Only a few UK honey producers have organic food certification.
Whilst I do not have organic certification, I don't use any non-organic treatments or foods with my bees. The bees forage where they choose.
All my bees are feral, they freely entered bait hives I set up in trees in Addlestone and made a home there.

Addlestone honey
The bees and I live in Addlestone, Surrey.
As a small-scale beekeeper, selling honey helps offset some beekeeping expenses, while being a great chance to meet new people in and around Addlestone.
