370g jar of raw set 100% natural wildflower honey. Set honey is regular honey that has crystallised naturally over time, resulting in a thick, smooth, and spreadable honey.

Set honey

All honey made by honeybees begins as 'runny' honey. Honey contains more sugar than the water can hold, over time this causes the glucose sugar to separate and form crystals, creating the set honey.

Local wildflower honey

Local raw Addlestone wildflower honey is entirely locally produced in Addlestone, Surrey. This spring's honey was harvested in June 2025.

Raw honey

Unlike many supermarket honeys, this wildflower honey is unpasteurised (not heat treated), meaning all the natural antioxidants and prebiotics are present.
This raw honey comes direct from the hive, and naturally contains bee pollen and traces of propolis and beeswax.

Organic honey

Is it organic? All my honey is raw and unpasteurised.
"Organic" is a legally regulated term for UK produced food. It requires 3 years of expensive scientific monitoring and testing. Only a few UK honey producers have organic food certification.

Whilst I do not have organic certification, I don't use any non-organic treatments or foods with my bees. The bees forage where they choose.
All my bees are feral, they freely entered bait hives I set up in trees in Addlestone, Surrey and made a home there.
